How long shall it takes to activate the service?
Normally the service will be activated within 15 minutes after payment successful.
Why we have to verify our phone number during registration?
This action is to verify the identity of subscriber to avoid mis-use of email or fraud account. And the phone number will be record for further communication.
Can you help me to migrate existing cloud data to OpenCloud?
OpenCloud is a self-service oriented solution, if you need further support on migration, please submit your request in chatbot and we will follow up on the migration arrangement.
If I migrate other service provider's VM to OpenCloud, what kind of OS you would support?
We support VMware, Hyper-V, KVM and Xen. if you need further support on migration, please submit your request in chatbot at the bottom right hand corner and our technical support team will arrange for you.
How can I upload files to the instance? Can I connect through Filezilla?
You can upload files to the instance, Our instance by default allow SSH access, you may send files to instance via SFTP but need install Filezilla via console by client sides.
