To create snapshot for additional storage, kindly follow related procedures according to the OS the instance is using.
Can we change our email or phone number in the customer portal from time to time?
Due to security reason, you are not allowed to change your email or phone number in the customer portal. If you would like to change the captioned information, please submit your request in chatbot at the bottom right hand corner and our customer service representative will contact you to verify your identity.
Does OpenCloud have uptime guarantee?
Our uptime guarantee service level is not less then 99.99% every month.
Can I upgrade / downgrade / terminate my service anytime? How will you charge me?
You can upgrade and terminate the instance anytime via the control panel. We will offer pro rata charges credit in next bill for upgrade case, but no refund for termination case. Downgrade is not available at the moment.
Why my instance cannot be activated after I join the service plan?
Please check if you have settled the payment for the subscription plan, you can check the payment status in control panel for outstanding billing. The service will be activated soon after the payment is settled.
